Experience a fantastic evening in one of the restaurant's most exclusive locations. The Chef's Table is available for two or more people, offering you a private and unique setting in which to experience the art of Michelin-starred cuisine up close. Christoph Rüffer's team will personally serve you a selected menu for €425 per person – accompanied by an excellent wine selection from our sommelier, if desired.

Our Haerlin team is at your disposal to take your reservation and will be happy to plan this special behind-the-scenes visit with you.

In the midst of the impressive kitchen event area, up to eight guests can enjoy a culinary evening in a class of its own at the Chef’s Table. Over a champagne aperitif or a gourmet dinner – directly behind the scenes at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, in the kitchen of Restaurant Haerlin*** – you can watch Christoph Rüffer and his team at work.
